Hongbao Cao, PhD

About Me

I am a Sr. Director of Bioinformatics Consultant at AIC LLC (2023–present), where I lead AI/ML-based biomedical and clinical research initiatives. My work focuses on developing data-driven solutions that support drug discovery, biomarker identification, precision medicine, and translational research.

Since 2017, I have also served as Affiliate Faculty at George Mason University, contributing to research, mentorship, and academic collaboration in systems biology and bioinformatics.

In 2025, I joined Shanxi Medical University as a Master Advisor in the Sino-Foreign Joint Training Program (School of International Education), supporting graduate training and international research development.
